How Houses Work – Energy Efficiency
This overview of residential energy efficiency is appropriate for housing professionals not in the energy field and anyone else who lives in a building. It consists of two modules which complement each other.
Part 1 – Covers the house as a structure and the microclimate it encloses.
Part 2 – Focuses on the various devices and machines (heating, cooling, appliances, lighting, ventilation) we use in our homes, and on opportunities for improving energy efficiency in both new and old homes.
